I recently my graduation and on a 3 Year Open Work Permit with no restrictions. I already have a job Title is IT Support NOC B. I want to know when it is possible to change jobs. I did computer science and actively applying for programming or software development jobs so not sure when will I get a chance. Due to COVID i got the IT Support one which is full time permanent. If I apply for MPNP and in the middle get a better job offer in IT or Development can I switch jobs?
Also assume that I don't get an offer during the MPNP but I get it after I apply for my PR will I still be able to change jobs. Note that I am currently on an Open Work Permit which is valid for 3 years.
