question guys, nawala ko kasi yung baby book ng youngest ko (he's 3 years old).
required ba talaga dalhin? what can i do in the absence of immunization record?

just an input, yung doctor na nag medical exams (nationwide) sa amin last sat ni require ako na ipaxerox yung record of immunization na nakalagay sa baby book..dalhin ko pa lang sa saturday sabay ng retake ng urine test ng 2 kids ko (have 5 kids actually) and submit yung other medical records/certificates na nirequire nila.

just a suggestion melbeltran, if you have time baka pwede kang makahingi ka ng record sa pedia ng kid mo para may dala ka ng record.

congrats sa lahat ng mga nakarecev ng MRs at PPRs..sana until we land sa Manitoba makapagtulung tulungan tayo lahat. God Bless us all!

regardless of the age po ba ng bata mag uundergo ng urine test?? anu ano po ung test ginagawa sa 4 year-old kid..my son is turning 4 this april.. salamat po..we will take medical this thursdya po.. thanks

child ages 11-14 urine test, chest xray and complete physical exam
child ages 15 above (including adult) urine test, chest xray, complete physical exam, HIV test

kami nagpapa update pa ng nbi clearance... six months na kasi since makuha namin yong submitted namin.... kaya remind ko ang ibang naghihintay ng PPR pls check yours... mag renew na rin...

- Yes you have to attach proof of funds to show that you have enough money to settle in Manitoba (like bank statement or time deposit certificate)
- all documents required by CEM are listed in the checklist
