Hi Issah and other frends who have already submitted the docs to CEM. I need help plzz.... Am just a little bit confused. I need an answer from you guys about "Use of a Representtaive (IMM 5476). It is stated that "Complete and include this form in your application if you have a paid or unpaid representative". I do not have a paid or unpaid rep. Did you guys include this form in your application to CEM? Thanks so much.... lormac

No, I did not include and they neither asked me when I got an email for addt'l docs .

Nope, not needed.

Best if you include your TOR, Diploma and cert of employment.

I think the unpaid representative should fill in the name of applicant's family members or relatives who live in Winnipeg.

I've checked the website on Payment Instructions and I saw that for Provincial Nominee applicants, the processing fee is P23,650 for principal; P23,650 for spouse and for dependent below 18 is P6,450. Am I correct? And for the RPRF the amount is P21,000? So does it mean that when I submit the application, only the processing fee should be paid and the RPRF to follow when CEM requires you to pay? Yes, that is correct based on the site below...

Yes, you should pay your processing fee before you submit your application to CEM. But to saved time and effort, you might as well pay the RPRF, specially if you include your TOR, Diploma and COE.

I think the unpaid representative should fill in the name of applicant's family members or relatives who live in Winnipeg.

The form is for paid immigration representatives. If you are not using any immigration representatives, no need to include it. Representatives are not your sponsors.

congrats tes....im left alone now...:-(.....your sponsor was interviewed last July 7, right? which kept me thinking, maybe something is wrong with mine. Gosh, i think im going to cry....:-(

Yap, my sponsor was intervwd and askd to provide proof of my intention to stay in manitoba bec almost all of my husbands relatives were establishd in Toronto.... We gave our reply the nex day thats why the decision was made earlier!!Thnks! Don't feel sad.... just pray. Anwy better chek ur mailing add... Ur LOA will arrive soon....I know!

Congrats Tes! Our LOA were both dated July 12, 2010, but we received it on July 29. Our mailman is faster than yours... hahaha..... Good luck to all of us! I told esr to apply again next year....

Yap.. come to think that my sponsor was intervwd July 7, still my LOA came early as expected! hahahahaha Phils is always ahead... seeing the threads here in cic appliction... very fast!!! me and Issah were anxious how is the processing time here in Abu Dhabi would be..Soooo excited now to prepare the req......soon, mmuch better!
