esr,

I also don't have sufficient funds which is way below 10K CDN. But my aunt who sign my MAS had provided copy of her bank statement and I was given LOA.

Regards and God Bless!

Hi esr,
Your aunt has to sign the MAS form. This form is to prove that she will support you in Canada while you are looking for work. If you have no MAS, then your fund should be CDN10,000 for single and CDN2,000 for each dependent. Good luck and God Bless.

lormac and balot penoy thanks for your reply it would help me a lot thanks.. She told me that in the letter she need to appleal it until sept. 9... So what should i tell her i think lormac she signed the mas as well and i have the copy of it...

Hi esr,
If she has signed the MAS and yet the MPNP has not accepted it, there's nothing that can be done except to complete the fund, i.e. CDN10,000 if you are single.

hi esr,

i think MAS is intended for the Manitoba Province to ensure that someone will assist you and guide you when you get there, but the fund must still meet, if you don't have enough fund you better ask your aunt to have her bank certificate, just like what balotpenoy's aunt did.

Goodluck...you can make it!

Lormac and dc thanks.... so if i have money in usd do i need to convert that in canadian dollar thanks.. anyone in this forum experience like this.. Thanks for the help gudkuck to all of us...

any monetary unit will do, just put it the form the converted amount in CDN. Just make an estimate based on the current exchange rate. what matter is the bank certificate that you will provide.

Best of luck and God bless!

Hi ESR
For sure u have to send another statement that u hav the complete amout of $10,000 if ur single as advicd by lormac so that they will not require ur sponsor to submit affidvt Of Support (AOS)since u have enough money to support urself. Eventho ur sponsor can present an aggreable amount to be eligible to support u, still at least u also have to include statement of account that u have a liquid funds of $10000 frm the bank. In ur case, ur aunt already sponsord ur cousin 2007, maybe ur sponsor's ability to support again which is u was put into question... so they require you to raise that amount then.Goodluck. For me I exceeded the amount of what is ask... that's why they did not ask AOS from my sis then. You'll just submit a bank statement in peso equivalent to 10000$ . For me, my bank statement was certified by Central Bank and Foreign Affairs her in Dubai.

Thanks for all your replies that would help anyways..
as per application kit 19 why not to approved nominations they quoted der that i dont have any sufficient liquid fund to establish in manitoba and the program officer may not be approved. As per my aunty they asses my papers as general stream instead of family support.. So for the final review if the applicant submit a letter then have only 60 days.. My aunt want to send a letter and she told even me but when i read the letter i think no chance.. Maybe be better luck nxt tym this is not the right time for me to go to canada its all gods plan.. Thanks for being a part of this forum..

kapatid... Medyo mahirap lang talaga mag-ayos ng papers, and I think while you are already in that process just continue finding a way to make it work.

When i was asked for additional document, it also took almost a month for my aunt to provide her bank certificate. Medyo nag-ipon pa rin sya.

Actually, sabi rin ng auntie ko it is easier to communicate with the people handling the Nominee program than the CIC. Your aunt could actually call them and inquire of the best thing to do. She could also reinstate your application as family support stream by calling the nominee officer and informing them that she will submit necessary documents. The nominee officer is the one who will tell your aunt how much does she need to show in order to support you. This will also show them that she is really supporting you.

Pray, God answer prayers!

Regards and God bless!

Don't ever quit at once... Remember that in my case, I received the letter of acknowledgement which says "if I cannot submit the missing document on 2 June, my file will be closed. Yet I received the AoR only on 8 June and I still tried to submit the missing document later (9 June) and fortunately they considered it, so don't get stressed with the time frame/due date. There's a way out for sure. Are you from Philippines?

Hi esr,
Please don't lose hope. The fact that they have given you a deadline to submit, means you still have the chance. However, you need to follow what they require you to do. If, after submitting the necessary dox required they still didn't approve the application, it means God has another plan for you.
In our case, we're still waiting for the LOA. It's almost one month after the interview.
Good luck. Pray, pray and pray.
lormac

issah72 & lormac, thanks for your reply... In their message this is what they written "your application for nomination the province of manitoba cannot be approved, specifically u were not be able to demonstrate that you have sufficient liquid assets in your own needed for succesful settlement in manitoba. As per them this is already happened in manitoba so many times but in the messge i read no chance at all. Issah im from philippines but im working abroad.. Te lormac thanks to you te cguro nga may next time pa nman po... So alam ko npo sa susunod base on my cousin kc as i told in my earlier message gnya ko lang xa w/c is same nman daw kme ng mas..
