Hi Me ann, medyo mataas nga ang BP ko that time, nag monitoring pa ako, nag 140/90 sabi ng doctor accepted pa daw yun but they still need to hear from VO, so after ten days nga they texted me that I have to go for crea and ECG nga. Salamat sa encouragement and for keeping me in your prayers. Tama ka, we should really trust HIM.

peony mdali lng yan.b4 medical diet u muna sa mga fatty at maaalat na fuds.drink ka cranberry juice,maganda un.anyway gud luck and just cont.praying.

my husband was asked to undergo ECG and Creatinin that same day na na kita mataas BP nia..sana lang ung physician nirequire ka na din agad para malaman na din result at if may recommended treatment that same day..sayang din kc time.. just a thought

bakit parang ang tagal naman before sila nagtext for follow up check up?? almost 3 weeks? alam ko Php 650 xray sa Nationwide. nag pa pre-med xray ba kayo before medical? kc if your husband result of xray is ok sa premed, pwede mu dalin ung for submission.. may nakasabay kc kame nung nag pamedical kame na nagdala ng xray film done outside..kinuha ng Nationwide for reference..

Hi Foradlai!!! O nga all the while I thought everything's fine na kasi nga we're not receiving any call or text, and approaching 3 weeks na din...they ask my husband to bring P400 for the repeat xray. Di kami nagpapre-med so siguro dun nalang nga pra 1 gastos lang uli.Thanks ha!!!

Medyo frustrating nga lang kasi its almost three weeks na and all of a sudden e may repeat test pa palang i-rerequest. Ako naman additional test pa, after ten days I need to go back for crea and ECG. I just hope we passed these test... Let us keep each other in our prayers.

Nationwide texted my husband this morning saying that he needs to repeat his xray. We had our Medical last Feb 4...kya I haven't expected na they will still call for a repeat on something...haayyy, pwede na sana kami magfollow-up this coming Friday since it's gonna be our 3rd week na...and I'm just wondering bat di ako ang pinagrepeat? that day kasi I have a super cough w/ phlegm and yun hubby ko ang walang cough at that time...addt'l expense nanaman

Oo nga, but the doctor did not asked me for ECG and crea that time. naprolong pa yung waiting time. At saka syempre, mahirap din basta mag-absent from work di ba? anyway I just hope everything will go well.

question po para sa mga may PPR na, kasama po ba sa PPR yung apprendix A na kailangan isubmit or is it downloadable from CEM's website?
any other documents po na kailangan isubmit together with the passport and appendix A?

kasi yung kids namin nag medical sa nationwide.pero kami ni mrs di na umuwi sa atin dito na kami nag pa medical sa california.pero designated dr naman siya ng canadian embassy kasama siya sa list ng designated medical practioner

Hi Controller!!! You just need to photocopy the immunization record of your kids. If any of you have med history, you'll need to provide them medical certificate explaining that you're now cleared from any illness and also tell your doctor to provide details of treatment (typewritten) and if you've been operated before provide them with operation record fr the hospital (photocopy). My kid kasi have a history of primary complex and his eyes got operated kya they ask me to provide the necessary documents for them. Hope this helps.
