Hi, newbie here and just wanna ask if it's easy to apply for PR in Manitoba if you are an International Student? Is one year enough in order to be qualified to have a job and experience and then to apply for PR? Or should I extend my permit and take two years? Will it become an advantage to file for PR if u are a manitoba student? Thanks
