Regardless of whether they bear the same surname or not, your wife must upload her supporter's birth cert and the birth certs of each related parent( that is: related parent of your wife and cousin). So she will have to upload three birth certs, and any additional proof you might have, to prove the familial relationship

Hello House, Please i need clarification on this issue. My brother is on a student visa in Manitoba(living in Manitoba for over 2 years now). He has also received an ITA and submitted an application for the Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program. My question now is, Can i apply for the Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program once he receives his PR or i need to wait for a year after his PR to apply for the MPNP. Please advice...

Could anyone please help me to answer this? Do I need to have relative in Manitoba in order to be nominated for Express Entry sub-stream? Base on Manitoba website, it's stated: "have an existing open application with a MPNP file number in the Skilled Worker Overseas stream within our inventory"

Does open application means submitted EOI but have not been invited for LAA? I find this statement very vague and ambiguous. Could someone explain please? Thank you very much!
