My close relative is my spouse's aunt. What document should I provide to prove our connection?

I just prepared my spouse birth certificate and my father-in-law's birth certificate since he is the brother of my spouse'd aunt.

She is single. Do I need to provide her birth certificate too? Or it will be provided on her part?

Yes, you have to provide it from your side too. Then she will also submit the same.

Birth certificates of the siblings are required as proof of familial relationships.

One can visit Canada with a tourist or visitor visa, but the there's more to an Exploratory Visit.

"An exploratory visit is a pre-arranged trip that potential MPNP applicants may make to the Province of Manitoba, Canada to research communities and employment opportunities to help them make an informed decision on whether they have the intention and ability to find employment and settle with their family in Manitoba as permanent residents.

After the MPNP interview included in a pre-approved exploratory visit, we may invite you to submit an MPNP Online application. Note that it is the Letter of Invitation, NOT the exploratory visit, that establishes a candidate’s requisite Manitoba connection.

The MPNP conducts exploratory visits at our discretion as resources allow in order to provide opportunity for qualified skilled workers, otherwise ineligible for our program, to establish the Connection to Manitoba that is required of all provincial nominee program applicants.

Exploratory visits must be approved by, then arranged through, the MPNP only by invitation following our acceptance of your request."

jihems, this is only my prediction, the draws will have an interval of 2-3 weeks. So count 2-3 weeks from May 20, 2015

Is there anyway to apply for Manitoba Overseas stream without having any strong connection in province or anywhere in Canada? If I dont have any such connection in the province, can I opt for Manitoba Provincial Nomination in the EE profile on CIC website? Like I can make my Express Entry profile on CIC and select Manitoba as my destination, does it qualify me for provincial nomination ?

Connection through friends or a job offer is also acceptable in the program. However, if you don't have any of those, opt for the:

First of all congratulation for LAA , I am totally new in this group , till date I have not apply , one of my friends live in Manitoba and he is ready to sponser me, as par the consultant I should apply under " Manitoba Support Stream ". so my question is that SWO (skilled worker overseas) and Manitoba support stream both are different option ? if yes what is the eligibility criteria for "Manitoba support stream" ? is it necessary to get 60 points out of 100 points for age , language proficiency , Work experience , Education , and Adaptability ? For the "Manitoba support stream " there is any draw system or its without draw ? can you give me understanding the step by step process for "Manitoba Support Stream."

Manitoba Support is a stream under Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO)

SWO

All applicants to the MPNP who are applying as Skilled Workers Overseas must demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba either through the support of family members or friends, through previous education or work experience in the province or through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. You can find more information about the different types of eligible connections below.

Manitoba Support

A Manitoba Supporter is an established resident of the province who is a friend or relative of the applicant and is willing and able to review and endorse the applicant’s plan for settling and finding employment in their destination community.A Manitoba Supporter must be the applicant’s close relative or friend/distant relative, and must be:
•able to provide documents proving they reside and are established in Manitoba and have been living in the province continuously for at least one year (ex: copy of Manitoba Health Card)
•a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (ex: copy of Permanent Resident Card)
•able to demonstrate sufficiently close ties to the applicant and to Manitoba
•able to demonstrate that any applications they previously supported resulted in successful, permanent economic establishment in Manitoba
•able to support the applicant’s Settlement Plan

For close relatives, both the applicant and the supporter must provide documents proving their familial relationship.

Close relatives may support the application of more than one skilled worker at a time provided they satisfactorily demonstrate their ability to do so.

For friends and distant relatives, their household must not be currently supporting the settlement of another MPNP applicant, nominee or person under another Canadian immigration program.

My question is in this case for my MPNP SW EOI what should I write in answer to question "Do you have an active Express Entry profile which was submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Canada in the past 12 months?".. obviously if I withdraw.. it wont be active. Just want to take your opinion. Should I put no?

One more quick question. As per definition of "Manitoba Supporter", one of the the point is that s/he should be able to demonstrate that any applications they previously supported resulted in successful, permanent economic establishment in Manitoba

I am counting my friend but he has never supported anyone earlier.. rest conditions are met. Is it a mandatory condition because if it is, it would be ridiculous as there's always a first time once at least. And if such rule is followed, there will never be any supporter for anyone.

Based on the question itself, I think you should answer "yes".
You just withdraw your application now; there was a time frame mentioned on the question, "in the past 12 months" pertaining to any application you had to CIC on the said duration.
Just my opinion though.
