even my application was not reviewed at all but we did submit an application so the answer to their question "Have you ever applied to any other Provincial Nominee Program or Federal Immigration Program in Canada?" still is yes right?

Raj19, I know what u mean... however, I think it is always better to answer all questions with all honesty.

FYI:

Provide truthful information

If you provide false or misleading information in your EOI, it may be considered misrepresentation. A subsequent application would be refused and you may be subject to a ban which would prevent you from applying to the MPNP for a period of two years. Please also note that any questions related to connections or applications to other provinces in Canada need to be answered with Yes, if they apply to either you or your spouse.

Note

Previous immigration applications: You should only select YES as your answer if your destination on your previous federal or provincial immigration application was a province other than Manitoba.

Maybe by tuesday I will fill up the EOI. I'm still waiting for the release of my IELTS. Although I already know my score and CLB, does it need to be uploaded for EOI or no documents at all that needs to be submitted

Ikah, if you already have your IELTS results you may now submit your EOI. No documents required at this point.

Your profile will be placed in a pool with other eligible candidates and you will receive a score based on the answers you provide. We will then rank you using several factors and if you are amongst the highest-scoring candidates, you may be invited to submit an application to the MPNP.

There are no limits on the number of candidates who can submit an Expression of Interest and no deadline. The information you provide will help us determine if you are eligible to immigrate through the MPNP.

I hope the first draw would take some time to be announced although it is not a fact but an assumption..
As CIC was new to EE and took a month time for the 1st draw, MPNP would also take quite some time for 1st draw..
lets hope for an early draw.. All the best to every one..

Guys, if I my application to FSWP 2014 was returned because of quota reached - does it means that the result of my applying for immigration program was "withdrawn"?

withdrawn means you are not interested or whatever so you withdrawn your file so Its mean you did not apply because your file they did not accept or reject. they are sit fill up so they return you.

So, in my situation - my application was withdrawn? Or returned application (cap reached) and there was no progress - means that I didn't applied?

I was just a bit curious, how come friend as ur supporter will only gain 50 points if they really are willing to support you all the way?
