I was in Winnipeg on an Exploratory Visit between 3rd of May 2016 to 17th of May 2016.
I had an interview with an immigration officer on 16th of May 2016.
On 19th of May 2016 I received an Invitation to apply for EOI from MPNP.

No job offer is not mandatory .
There are various programme of canadian immigration
Go and search cic website n check which one suits u

Hi beautiful people,

My wife, as a principal applicant, is applying for MPNP. Immigration consultants suggested that my wife has better chance than me if she apply. Based on the online assessment the maximum score that we can get is 457 points if we decide to settle outside Manitoba. My question is do we have a chance to get invited with that points? Is it really impossible to get invited if we don't have any relatives there? FYI. I only have close friend in Manitoba and it did not produce significant points for my wife.

I hope you can help us in this matter.
