Hi

Congrats friend....
here is the link where you can find all info regarding CIC submission...

Robin

some forms wont display when you download them on your browser. All you need to do is to right-click and select "save as" to save the form. Thereafter, you can open it with adobe pdf version 9 upwards from the location you saved into. I hope this helps.

Dear Stay

On the second form, leave applicant name column blank... just fill spouse name and further his mother, father, sister and brother information...

Hi all, my sponsor got interviewed today but my status still shows "Assessment Pending"? I submitted application August 2014, Assessment Pending since October 2015. I just want to know if this how it works? Thanks

hello waiting4positive! hope all is well with you!

just want to check with you if your status had been updated to "Assessment in Process" now (2 days after your sponsor's interview)? I hope and pray that it's now updated. As for me, after the interview, it changed to "Assessment in Process" after "Assessment Pending". Usually it is like this.

Good luck and GOD bless us all!

Hi Gibosita,

Good day! May I know from what stream did you apply? Did you also receive a phone interview from officer or just your sponsor? Hope you answer this. Thank you.

Hi waiting4positive, it is still Assessment in Process for a week now.

Here's My Timeline:

2015
April 30 -- Submitted my EOI
May 20 -- Received the LAA (1st Draw)
May 29 -- Submitted my full application to the MPNP
May 31 -- Got the MPNP File No.
June 9 -- MPNP received my Manitoba Supporter's SP P2
Nov 9 -- Assessment Pending
Nov 16 -- Supporter received a voicemail from MPNP
Nov 17 -- Supporter returned the call of MPNP + MPNP interviewed me & my spouse for 22.5 mins! = Assessment in Process

I feel anxious right now... so for those who already received their LOAs, I would like to solicit for your thoughts and insights...

I know that most of you wasnt interviewed and only your sponsors were. So my question is for those principal applicants who have been interviewed by the MPNP and felt that during the interview you failed to recall exactly what you have written in your Settlement Plan specifically for the question: When did you meet/know your supporter? And when you were asked when was the last time you spoke with your supporter, your answer was different from what your supporter mentioned which you found out after the interview. Although I know that the rest of the questions we answered very well, but these 2 questions, I know my supporter and I didnt answer perfectly which made me think, oh my, I might not get the LOA! But I am hoping and praying that the program officer who interviewed us will nominate me and my family even if the interview was not perfect since there are still other factors in my application that are worthy of consideration.

Thank you in advance!

Thy will be done!

GOD bless us all!

In the guide they have clearly mentioned to write NA if it is not applicable. So, in this form, to be filled for spouse of the applicant, the applicant name column will have NA written and then the name of spouse in second column will establish that the form gives information about the spouse's family, and it will be signed by the spouse of the applicant.

Hi Druce,

I sent my CIC application last Nov 8, 2015. I see that yours was sent Sept. 22, 2015. Did you receive any communication or confirmatin from CIC?

I tracked my documents, it was received by MIKE on November 13, 2015.

Backreading from the posts of those who sent their PR applications to CIC ahead of us, I notice that the AOR comes after a while (1 to 2 months is considered very fast).

Good luck to all of us.
From most posts I have read, it says, 2 months for applications outside Canada to receiver AOR and 3 months for inland applicants. I also think this might be delayed because of the thousands of refugee/immigrants that they are trying to get into Canada before the end of the year. I think it is 25000 if I can remember correctly...

I am am hoping for AOR and file transfer end December beginning January ;D

Hi jindal, yes you can. From what i know IELTS is not necessary for your job code. Do include the expired one in your application though. Mine expired the month after I submitted my application. I have not yet received AOR but I am 100% sure it will be accepted.

Anyways, if your IELTS score is not bad 5-6 or so, and it is required to be valid they will just ask you to send them a valid one.

If your IELTS score is not good, redo it anyway and try to score better and send that in (this is just my opinion)
