Hello! I'm new here.

Just want to ask, is there a way that I may know if the Canadian Embassy here in Manila received my documents? I received my nomination last July, 2013 then I submitted the required application forms, documents and payments to the CIC. Then in I got my file number last October, 2013. So I checked my application status online. It is said there that they have recieved my application on September that year. Then they requested for a medical examination last Nov. which I had completed by December. After that, I kept on checking my application status online to see if there's any development. They only started processing my application last Dec. 16 and they said that my medical results have been received. I, again, received an email requesting for my NBI/ police clearance which I submitted to the Canadian Embassy here in Manila last Dec. 24. Until now, I haven't received any confirmation that they had received it unlike my other documents. Although my application status is "in process" in the CIC's website, I am still worried why the notification stopped at "Medical results have been received". Are they gonna post that my NBI/police clearance had been received too? What will be the next step? How long does this usually take? Thank you very much!

Your application looks good to me. Thay are not going to post that your NBI clearance have been received. Once your status says "in process", you will next receive an email requesting for your passport (PPR).

Hi, you only have to mention 1 intended occupation if in case your occupation is regulated in Manitoba, there is a question in Settlement plan part 1 asking you to give another occupation which is related to your skills or training , then you can mention 2 or 3 more occupations related to your skills or training. these occupations should not be regulated.

For your question number 2, in my case, One of my previous employer address it to Immigration Canada and they wrote for Visa application purposes. My other previous employers just wrote "To whom this may concern" and the purpose they just wrote it as " for whatever legal purpose it may serve her best".

hello everyone my self raman I just apply my mpnp today and I know this site is very help full and gives lots of info. well I have some question can anybody help me out.
1)now when will they send me my conformation number?
2) I applied in general stream, my friend sponsored me, my question is that how long they take if somebody apply in general stream mpnp while working in Canada? because I am currently working in Canada and I don't know is their any different time processing for us.

Hows your apps going on. We are the same track since reading this message. Am also same scenario yuo have til now my ecas dont change since after medical. I sent email to CEM regarding my payment and med result. I sent them complete attachment last week and hoping to hear from CEM about my quiries.

Lets pray to have comfirmation and letters for our PPR soon.

Hello to everyone, i am going to apply for my brother through FS soon but i am not that confident for sponsor him, cuz he is just 20 year old, had 10+2 done, had abt 2 years of work experience and can score for ILETS abt 5.5 some what. so my question is, is he getting enough point to be nominated since he has just 10+2 only. pls just guide me over this mater. specially education, what is minimum education requirement for MPNP ?
i would really appreciate any suggestion.
