Copy of LOA to be sent. We must follow the checklist strictly. In past also many members of forum sent copy of LOA and their case went very well. If required CIC can again ask you to send original.
So pl sent LOA copy only.

Six months have been passed since my file have reached at visa office but no progress after file in process .what should I do now ?? Please guide .

Which visa office you are talking about, did you mean your file reached concerned visa office from CIO Sydney.

Hi all,

I need some expert advise on what next plan do i need to do because I received a ineligible letter stating that i was unable to provide supporting documents to show my relationship with my manitoba supporter ( brother-in-law) specifically his birth certificate. I am certain that i have uploaded this substantial document because this is vital to our application. I may not have enough evidence to prove it to them though because i didnt take any any screen shots during the upload of the document. I believe that there was a technical error during the upload that leads to unsuccessful upload. Please guys i need your suggestions or if anybody has encountered the same problem.

Have they mentioned in their letter that you can file an appeal. If yes then you can again request and send them birth certificate. Otherwise wait for the time MPNP again open the scheme.

Hello All, It has been 40 days my file reached at CIO Sydney, Still no AOR..any idea..how many days it take on average..thanks

I am also in the same boat. I also applied to CIO Sydney around 45 days back but no file number yet. Seem now they are taking some time. But it may came around in 2 months time. So wait for another 15 days as I am doing. Let me know when you receive your file number.

You are right. It is quite clear from it that they have closed the scheme on 31 july 2014. and believe me thing are not as rosy as it looks from outside. Manitoba is hard to live now. No jobs, house rent is high, living cost is also high.

Its new delhi Visa office .
My file was recieved at CIO SYDNY on january 2nd,2014 then it was transferred to visa office on 6 march
