My sponsor has not been interviewed yet..is it possible that they will skip this process?

It's possible. That means they're waiting for your medical result to issue your visa. It's a good sign and congrats on the update.

Hopefully, this Saturday. we just received the LOA yesterday (my aunt sent it last week) and my NBI clearance got delayed because i had a "Hit". Good luck and God bless to all of us.
