Hi everyone. I hope someone could shed a light and put my worry to rest. Here is my case, im october 2013 applicant and since applications for this month are now being processed I fear my work experience might not be sufficient. This worry emanated from A blog i recently read wherein 5-year work experience is not enough. I asked a cousin who is also applying but uses an agency if this is indeed true. Apparently the agency said
"Ideally" it should be at least 10 years of work experience. Im with my current company for 6 years and 3 months, uninterrupted, and during the time of submission of application, it was 5 years and 6months. My questions are, is there anyone here who got their LOA with at least 5-6 years of work
Experience? Is my worry, valid?

Please i need someone to answer this. Thank you so much. Btw, this forum helped me a lot.

If you refer the assesment sheet provided by MPNP then it is clearly mentioned on that if you have 5 or more year work exp then you will be score full point.

So I this there would not be any problme.

Your idea is NOT valid at all, whether you have applied for regulated job or non regulated job. All you need a 1 year full time work experience in order to apply for a MPNP process. You must have 1 year full time work experience within last 10 years. I hope it is quite clear indeed. Thank you.
Supported Thomasuk's comment.

MPNP online application is not allowing me to upload any documents today. It says unable to process the transaction. Does anybody else have the same problem? Please reply ASAP. Also the file chosen disappears right away and says No File Chosen.

Please answer these queries if you have ideas

1. Does mpnp penalise applicants for asking for application status, either by mail or telephone?

2. Is application process affected (delayed) by sending additional documents (not requested for by mpnp)?

Cheers.

Yes. Still the same. No improvement yet. It has been like that for 24 hours now. I don't know how it will be fixed

1. MPNP has clearly indicated that they don't release status information over telephone and do not respond to any other requests like email or mail to release this info. They send you a mail or update your status in your file online themselves only.

2. No idea about this one

1. Its not harm to ask your application status, but you won't get any clear answer they will tell you, your application is under process and caseworker is dealing with it, They will let you know shortly when the status is changed. Also there is no such a penalty fees or any kind of ridiculous things.

2. No, It is not true at all. At LOA selection process is not involve with additional documents issue. LOA will be issue based on your points and future contribution for Manitoba's economic system. If you send an additional documents they will keep it on your file.

I hope its clear. Thank you.
