Well, the checklist says very clearly, do not send unnecessary documents in order to avoid delay. MPNP office is the first place to access all documents in order to issue LOA. MPNP already sent your details to CIC, it means that CIC already have your LOA. I do not think we need to send additional documents (Jobs, Education, etc) to CIC based on the checklist. CIC will inform you if they need any additional documents. Also ask other experienced members in this forum regarding this situation. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply and yes indeed i m waiting for other experienced suggestion.

Lets see who all will answer :)

Thanks for your help

Hi everyone. I hope someone could shed a light and put my worry to rest. Here is my case, im october 2013 applicant and since applications for this month are now being processed I fear my work experience might not be sufficient. This worry emanated from A blog i recently read wherein 5-year work experience is not enough. I asked a cousin who is also applying but uses an agency if this is indeed true. Apparently the agency said
"Ideally" it should be at least 10 years of work experience. Im with my current company for 6 years and 3 months, uninterrupted, and during the time of submission of application, it was 5 years and 6months. My questions are, is there anyone here who got their LOA with at least 5-6 years of work
Experience? Is my worry, valid?

Please i need someone to answer this. Thank you so much. Btw, this forum helped me a lot.

Your idea is NOT valid at all, whether you have applied for regulated job or non regulated job. All you need a 1 year full time work experience in order to apply for a MPNP process. You must have 1 year full time work experience within last 10 years. I hope it is quite clear indeed. Thank you.

I applied under family stream. Ironically, based from the blog that i read, the writer was advised to go under GS after she received ineligibility due to insufficient work experience. Is the stream have bearing with this?

Believe me, i read each of the requirements thoroughly thats why im pretty confident that i got what it takes. But that confidence got a little shaky after reading a case of ineligibility because of 5 years work exp under FS. I appreciate your reply though. I hope someone with similar case and yet received their loa would share.

When i got LOA , at that time i had only 3 years job experience so i dont think so that 5 years r not enough. I hope it helps to reduce ur tension. Have faith on God with positive hope. Dont worry

MPNP online application is not allowing me to upload any documents today. It says unable to process the transaction. Does anybody else have the same problem? Please reply ASAP. Also the file chosen disappears right away and says No File Chosen.
Thanks

Try to refresh your computer and log in again.if still you can't upload, maybe mpnp is having technical problems. Just be patient in trying to upload.

Thanks for the response. Has anybody ever had this problem before? Everything was working smoothly until this morning.
I have actually tried switching browsers and even using a different computer but nothing seems to be working. 1 of the files got uploaded omce after the problem started but after that no success.
If it is indeed a technical issue, how soon do they usually take to resolve such issues and who can I call to have them resolved?
Thanks
