Hi good day I just wonder... What happen to forever victory?? What is the reason?

He never actually informed the forum about the reason. A forum mate told me that he was leaving coz he have received an ineligible letter.

File # received : 18 -10-2013

My sponsor sent the SP2 back in 2013. He got a call last June 4th asking him if he had sent it. When he said he sent it back in October 2013, the emigration officer said that he needs to resend it.

Does this mean that our application would start all over again?

For whatever the situation is ,it is not the end of the world.He can always reapply again if truly he got an ineligible letter.He had been a part of this big family and should not throw in the towel at all.Forever Victory is yours brother,come let us rub minds together and see how things will turn out by his grace.

Forever victory got refusal because of retention issue. According to MPNP, he declared his preferred destination Vancouver in his 2005 FSW application. he is really disappointed

Forum friends... please advice on the following..

1. In the pnp document check list it is no where mentioned to submit sealed educational degrees. What shud i do? Those who have submitted the case to cic.. did u submit the educational degrees?

2. Same goes for employment record.... detailed job description is not asked for...
Shud we strictly stick to the check list or we shud send these documents
Please advice urgently...

Which one is better of faster, to apply visa in Manila or in Abu Dhabi?
