hi seniors , i need ur advice on something.

i sent notarized copy of LOA in my application to CIO , NS . was that a folly on my part ?, can it cause any problem or delays,?

its been more than a month and i havent recieved AOR from CIO , so i was kinnda wondering?

some of the seniors here sent only a notarized copy of the LOA and still got their visas. I on the other hand sent the original and a notarized copy of the LOA since there is no reason for me to hold on to our LOA if it means risking having my application returned (just my opinion)

Please after submitting bank statements along with your application, can you spend the money in the account OR you have to leave the money in the bank intact until you receive nomination?

it may be a bit different in your country but here in the philippines, banks cannot give details of your bank transactions to a third party such as (MPNP or CIO) they may only certify how much money is in your bank account and when you have opened it. so in my humble opinion you can spend the money after submitting the bank statements PROVIDED that you can return it to your account "IF" MPNP or CIO demanded an updated bank statement in the future. since the bank certification/statements would not reflect the withdrawals/deposits you made. I hope my opinion would help in your decision making Good Luck!!

Note that spreadsheet is an average time line, composed by forum mates info, there is no maximum or minimum, than consider this just a average, because if you put this like a real expectation you can be frustrated...

About your Status, you need to log in your account on MPNP website program, and check it by your self... The program will not give any information by phone as standard procedure...

Thanks for yet another useful sharing. So timely for me as we just attended today CIIP (online only for provincial nominees here in Dubai). MAP will be on Friday, online also.
Is Manitoba Entry program then an "expanded" version of both CIIP +
COA combined?

Hi champwin, since you lived in the US for six months in the past, then FBI is correct. You need to provide CEM your FBI clearance. You can go back to the CIC checklist guidelines, it stated there that you need to provide police clearance in a country which you resided for at least 6 months.

Thanks Cebugirl. Now will start preparing for our medical hopefully next week if pre-tests ok this weekend. 12-18 wks for FBI Clearance but hopefully will be made earlier. Will ask consideration on the deadline since only 30 days given for this. Thanks again and mag tuloy tuloy ang landas ng nasa 2013 MPNP sa Manitoba before the year ends. Amen!
