hI EVERYONE......gOOD NEWS!!!

DECISSION MADE!!!.......April 17th, 2014

Good news....many congratulations

Quick question:
At the time of declaring fund, what conversion rate should we consider?
Example: CAD Vs INR
In November 2013, 1 CAD =61 INR
Now 1 CAD= 54 INR
If we need to show CAD 15000 then it made big difference due to conversion rate.
My worries is that if we considering current rate and Visa officer will review our file after 6 month and dollar rate will increase by 6-8 INR then will they be consider this as short fund or not.
Thanks

The doller rate at the time of the application submition is considered. however it is always good to have some more amount other than the required one.it will help to cover the conversion gap as well as flashes a good impression.

We all are waiting in the same boat. Those have applied in August' 2013 they have not heard anything yet, also I have applied in September and I have not heard anything too. You are under the line of October and it may take time to sort out your sponsor's interview. Just wait and see. You were talking about some docs are going to expire...please be more specific...what kind of docs are going to expire? Thanks.

Hi! Documents I believe that are about to expire are bank certificates and IELTS result of my husband. Thanks!

Don't be worried about that.Once you have applied with valid ielts and if you got your file no; MB never asks for a fresh one.And about bank certificate keep your balance untouched and provide the new statements if they ask.May it clear your tension.

Guys this is very strange. :o :o :o :o :o

My file is in COLOMBO & i got Medical Request, RPRF Request & additional documents request on 28th March 2014.
Paid RPRF - 28th March 2014
Medical Done - 31st March 2014
Documents received at CVO - 8th April 2014.
Meanwhile second line was added to my ecas status i.e. "Medical results have been received"

Today another line added between first line & second line. This says "We started processing your application on April 15, 2014"
What does this mean? I thought they had started processing my file already as i got Medical Request.
This is kind of confusing !!
What does it mean?
Should i assume that they have reviewed my documents that they asked from me on 28th March 2014?

Please guide.

Thanks & Regards,
SIDHU
