Use this link to download the PDF form needed by all MPNP applicants except those currently working in Manitoba.

MPNP Settlement Plan Part 2
Use this link to download the PDF form used by applicants who have a Manitoba supporter.

I have a friend that is already received a medical request, but along with the email is a request for additional document : POLICE CLEARANCE (NBI CLEARANCE). is it ok for them to submit their valid personal copy? because they already send their other copy ti CIO.

Hope someone could give an advice,

im afraid not.. the CEM request for my NBI again after my Medical but it was state their that they will not allow personal copy so i gave a new one..
