Hello thomas,

First of all, thanks for your reply.

However I have not changed my job yet although I am planing to change.

I and my wife both are working with very reputed companies and even these companies have their sites in Canada as well.

We both did submit all the required documents during application process and I am wondering if they asked for the document for both principal applicant and spouse and they may do the background checking for both.

My current situation with my present employer is forcing me to change the job but I am bit worried or confused.

Regard's

Although, I am not very clear about your question but if you change your job just wait until their inquiry As you are spouse applicant and it is not very much important as the main applicant.

You need to ask your sponsor to print out the email supplied SP-2 form and complete it by hand written. Your sponsor can post this form alone with supporting documents Medical Health Card+Manitoba Residential Status. Or your sponsor can email to them with scanned copies. I hope it's help.

In MPNP website, there is a clear instructions, how to apply and send a documents, although when he/she will complete an online application the MPNP office will send a copy of sponsor's application form. I think it would be better to use that form rather than using any other form. The MPNP office will send to sponsor new updated form, I believe so.

Hi Seniors,
I have a question, In background declaration under question #6,if the answer is YES to one of the question,(example, have been refused permanent residency in Canada), should I attach a copy of refusal letter or i will just make a written explanation on what happened to the previous application..i read from the checklist that we should not send any additional documents when submitting the application to cio..

appreciate your replies..
tnx

In that case, you do not need to attach any documents, tick "Yes" and write explanations with date/year if possible. Thanks.

How long does it take for one to receive the MR following AOR from CIC?

Rx

I'm afraid nobody could provide you with definite answer. It totally depends on the visa office handling your application.

My visa office is Abu Dhabi. It's been 100 days since CIC-AOR and no MR yet. Based on experiences of senior forum mates, MR is given on a 180+- days after AOR from CIC in Abu Dhabi Visa Office.

In Manila, it's very much faster. Maybe from 30 to 50 days.

I haven't seen any posts however about the timeline in Nairobi visa office.

u have to mention YES and in down there is space if any answer is YES then provide details here.
in that space mention that application Number of File Number No need to much details. only mention Ref No and one or two reason of rejection.
