Hi seniors .....A quick info please
I am in the process of gathering all my documents and fees payment......I paid through the online method and used my brother's credit card....I just need to know whose information should go on the "Official Receipt" that I printed out after making the payment. Will it be my name, dob, address, postal code and phone number or the card-holder's information?????

PLEASE REPLY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS THIS IS THE ONLY SECTION THAT'S CONFUSING ME, EVERYTHING ELSE IS COMPLETE AND I WANT TO SUBMIT ASAP.

Hi, Im working in SG but my mpnp application is still on process. If ever granted an approval, I'm planning to choose CEM as my visa office, then its up to CIO if they will send it to Manila or SG. I also read in the forum that some Filipino applicants in SGVO requested their file to be transfered to CEM.

thanks

Hi Tabs / Expertise,

I have a quick question, Can sponsor support his wife (Spouse visa), brother in law (FS) and his friend (GS) at the same time? If he/she can support, do you think there would be any problem?

Many thanks as always and have a sunny weekend.

No, it is not possible. First of all, MPNP do not allow multiple sponsorship to distant relatives and friends. I believe, a brother-in-law is a distant relative. This particular sponsor should sponsor his wife first. Then his brother-in-law and then his friend in separate time frames.

Although the wife is a spousal visa and the application is directly applied through the Federal government, as long as a sponsor is actively sponsoring someone, even if already under CIC process, a sponsor cannot endorse non-close relatives at this point. This is because a sponsor is responsible to the applicant's successful migration in Canada. One cannot take full responsibility of too much applicants whom the sponsor is not even closely related. This is why only close relatives are allowed for multiple sponsorship.

Hi all
A bad news for me, I have received ineligible letter from MPNP yesterday.
Following is the reason –
-You did not demonstrate proof of your connection to Manitoba as outlined in the eligibility criteria. Specifically, based on the documents your Manitoba supporter provided, he did not demonstrate that he has been living in Manitoba continuously for at least one year.

But, my supporter shows the required documents and gets confirmed before submitting his documents. Most important thing is that he is living Manitoba since 2002 with student visa/work permit and obtain his residency at 2012.
My disappointment is that they even ask/mail/phn call for additional/missing documents from my supporter. Without asking anything they issue ineligible letter which they identify after seven months!!!!
It’s a ultimate stupidity and most inefficiency of the system. Very unfortunate.
