Awesome God! How great thou art
My sponsor received my LOA yesterday after the interview we both had on 24th Feb. I will confirm the LOA date later today. Thank you everyone for the support. The journey of LOA took 11months and 2weeks. Patience is indeed a virtue.
God be praised.

Congrats! You can now prepare for your CIC Application. Hoping you can share again some insights to our forum mates.

I have not face this kind of problem at all. Although I thought they are very efficient and quick reply for an email queries. @ Chiragpatel, I think you might have forgotten to mention your file number. If you have any previous correspondence with mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca please try to follow the sequence in line with other emails.

I had a correspondence last week and they replied me, your application is on the queue and its under assessment process...Try again please.....Thank you

But in my case they reply that this email box is only for technical support.

And now I sent again follow up email to mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca
Now let's see what they reply

I also got the positive reply from mpnp but for the follow up email I sent to another mail id mpnpapplicationhelp@gov.mb.ca.

I think that's why they reply this is not for file status

And now I sent to mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca and waiting for reply .

hi!

can anyone answer my questions regarding cic application...

1) do i need to send the original copy of LOA to cic? or just photocopy? (i'm confused! when i received the LOA, the instruction is to send the original copy to the cic, but when i checked the cic checklist, a photocopy is required not the original)

2) do i also need to attach a CENOMAR?

3) what will I answer in the national identity document as indicated the generic form? (im really have no idea w/ this one!)

4) regarding IMM0008DEP & IMM5476, can i omit these forms? these are not applicable to me.

5) do i need to have my supporting documents red ribbon? or just have it notarized? what are the documents that i need to notarized?

6) do i need to attached other educational documents and employment certificates like diploma and COE?

I really have a lot of questions! i just wanted to make sure! This is my third time to appply for canada. The 1st one was under FSW (2011), which i was not able to make because of their quota. The second time was MPNP online (2012), I received ineligible letter because I forgot to attached my mother's birth certificate & history of my bank transanctions (MPNP is really strict). Hopefully, this time it will be a smooth-sailing. I know there's always a right time for everything! In God's time! :)

@ Razu_2013....in regards to your problem, you may have 2 option open which are as follows;

1. You may contact with MPNP office via email and must clarify that there was an administrative error.
2. The MPNP office may contact with you while they will assess your application, it may turn into that they may resend your file and want it to complete it again. or they might ask you to provide sponsor's date of birth certificate as an evidence.

If I were you, I would contact with MPNP office with detailed explanations regarding the problem also I would ask for their advice/suggestion.

Please note that, the above all suggestions are my assumption and I did not face or neither have any evidence of facing this kind of problem.

Many thanks.

I email to MPNP then I just got email from mpnp . now they update DoB of my sponsor thx for advice :-*

did same with my application. It's simple just write them a email regarding change mention that you come to know that by mistake this happened. Be sure to email them with your file number. They will acknowledge you. It's not a big deal attach one document with exact date of birth.

A photocopy is enough. FYI - I sent a photocopy and I already have a visa.

2) do i also need to attach a CENOMAR?

Sorry, I don't know what a CENOMAR is.

3) what will I answer in the national identity document as indicated the generic form? (im really have no idea w/ this one!)

For Filipinos, N/A. We don't have any official national identity document. Although in my case, I filled in my driver's license.

4) regarding IMM0008DEP & IMM5476, can i omit these forms? these are not applicable to me.
Again, what forms are these? Please remind me. Why are they not applicable to you?

5) do i need to have my supporting documents red ribbon? or just have it notarized? what are the documents that i need to notarized?
What supporting documents are you talking about here?

6) do i need to attached other educational documents and employment certificates like diploma and COE?
No, you don't. Only your proof of English skills. i.e. IELTS examination

Hi Tabs179 and Seniors,

I have a question, I'm trying to fill up the generic application form in the computer , here are my questions :
1.) There are some part in the form where in the color changes into gray and automatically leave it blank when I answer questions which are not applicable to me. my question is, when I print the generic form, do I need to write "Not Applicable" on those highlighted in gray or i will just leave it blank..

2.) When I tried to validate the form, the message was "validation successful".I saved it and print. But then after a while, i notice that i need to amend some information on the form that i saved. Can i use the same form again and amend my file. will it not affect the bar code which was generated previously? anyway, what is the use of the bar code?

Hope you can enlighten me with this..Thanks

You need to validate it again after the changes. The bar code will also change after 'new validation'. So you need to validate every time you return and make changes.

Hope you can enlighten me with this..Thanks
