Hi again.

I was reading some pages in the forum recently and learnt one nominee received a refusal. May I ask what is meant by a decision of refusal for ineligibility because the sponsor in MB is not financially established? How is this defined? If both principal sponsor and his/her spouse are currently employed, how are they assessed financially?

I have good news, my friend received my LOA , and it happened with put any phon interviews , my advise that and one feel it's take long time just send to MPNP to know ur updates , LOA date was 24th Dec. 2013,

Just my observation, two of our forum mates under July applicants got their LOA without sponsor's interview.
and both were from medical field.. so lucky ...

My sponsor received my LOA today

I requested for the second copy last week - Tuesday, and after a week we got it.

For those who had sponsor's interview last Nov and Dec, try to follow up the status of your application.

Congrats!! I have also submitted my application to MPNP on 04.12.2013. Its about 3 months I have submitted my application. Do you think I should contact with MPNP via e-mail. Will it affect my application in anyway? Another think is that, Can I nominate my sponsor to receive LOA in favor of me, if I am approved one. Because sometimes letters via regular post didn't reach to the recipient in due course of time here in my country.

Hello everyone

please advise me

1. when I have submitted my application I did not send three months bank statement , instead of that I have only send statement showing my bank balance . as I never had proper savings because of my business . but I have shown funds nearly up to CAD $ 1,50000 (which includes my house value after mortgage + value of my running business) . will that be enough or I have to show proper three months savings in my bank account.
2. Do my sponsor needs to show any kind of funds ? as she is not stable at the moment.
3. How I can advise immigration to send LOA to my sponsor.

if u r under PNP then your sponsor statment is required, as they will evaluate based on your sponer financial postion and not yours. anyhow keep the bank statement ready and steady as VO can ask u updated docs at anytime then u can show your good statement.
for LOA they VO will contact to relevant party dont worry about their process of working

Hi guys bad news for me I send mpnp follow up email about my results nd they emailed me refusal letter stating that my father inlaw is not well established in Manitoba as compared to my brother inlaws living in Ontario so this drama ends here for me for the rest of u good luck
