Hi everybody. Finally some good news on my end. My sponsor got interviewed today, the 28th.
It went largely smooth. But they did ask my sponsor a lot of questions regarding his profession nd their sources.
The Odd Thing Was Tht It Was Less About Me But More About Them.

Start looking into the documents required by CIC, so that you can start submitting it as soon as you get your LOA (within 6-8 weeks).

hi guys i have a few questions while i'm filling up the application online:

1. do i need to put my middle initial/middle name (surname of my mother) in the surname? After your first name

2. what do i put in the field "maiden name" for my minor unmarried daughters?Not Applicable

3. do i have to set up an email address for my 6 year old daughter? how about telephone and mobile phone for her? No

4. what do i put in the telephone number and country code? like if my telephone number in manila is 555-1155...do i put 02555-1155 and then country code is 63 for philippines? 632

5. what do i put in the fields where there are no answers applicable? do i leave it blank or do i put "not applicable"? Not Applicable

I might do the same to have a better application.

I also want to ask, what if in the middle of my mpnp application my passport or one of my family member's passport expires and gets renewed. will that pose a problem. coz we upload our current passport and some of them will expire in the next years.

I don't see any problem. You may upload your existing passport and renew it once expired as it will be needed in the CIC process.

Download first the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST, so that you are aware what documents you need to collect and forms to fill in.

Most of the forms take a lot of time to fill in especially if you have dependents. So, its good to start working on it.

I don't see any problem. You may upload your existing passport and renew it once expired as it will be needed in the CIC process.

To add something here, I myself renewed my passport a few days after I had my medicals. When the PPR arrived, I filled in the new information of my passport on the Appendix A they attach with the email. So, it won't cause any problems even if you are already on CIC stage.

Just make sure when you receive your visa, they had input the correct information. In my case, they didn't notice that I have a new passport, they input the previous passport information on my visa and COPR and only gave me 3 months validity on my visa. I had to have it rectified in the end.
