I also want to ask about my distant relative in manitoba

he is my second cousin. his dad and my dad are first cousins. do i need to upload his birth certificate and his dad's and granddad's?

the last time we met we were still kids growing up in the 70's. then fast forward to the 90's we met when they went home here. then, we were reconnected thanks to facebook and skype several years ago. since then, we have been calling and chatting and facebooking.

he is willing to nominate me and to let my family stay in his house if ever we get approved.

do you think that is enough connection to have my application approved? what kinds of proofs are required for distant relatives?

hi i am applying online for mpnp

problem is, i forgot when i first logged in and the website says i only have 90 days to complete the online application
otherwise i would have to start all over again

does anybody know how to check when one logged in for the first time at the the mpnp online application?

I am now on PPr last feb 13,2014

Additional documents request last. Jan 2,2014 (new nbi clearance), police clearance from kuwait, new spouse/partner questionnaire,proof of marriage and relationship

hi guys i have a few questions while i'm filling up the application online:

1. do i need to put my middle initial/middle name (surname of my mother) in the surname?
2. what do i put in the field "maiden name" for my minor unmarried daughters?
3. do i have to set up an email address for my 6 year old daughter? how about telephone and mobile phone for her?
4. what do i put in the telephone number and country code? like if my telephone number in manila is 555-1155...do i put 02555-1155 and then country code is 63 for philippines?
5. what do i put in the fields where there are no answers applicable? do i leave it blank or do i put "not applicable"?

Hello everyone,

Thank you for taking time to read my query & would really appreciate if you can help me on this.

My husband is the principal applicant of our MPNP which we applied online last June 2013.
We went to the US thereafter & I applied for a student visa with my husband as a dependent.

My questions are these:

If approved by MPNP & CIC:
1. can we have our medical exams with an accredited doctor here in the US, instead of Manila which is our visa office?
2. can we also secure our police clearance here?
3. can we submit our passports for visa stamping in the Canadian Embassy here in the US, instead of in Manila?

Would really appreciate your replies.
