Joining this forum helps to calm the nerves, so its not that late to join. It's our lifeline when we are overly stressed with our applications.

Give yourself around 30 days (-/+5 days) to receive your MR from the date of your AOR. There is an IOM in Cebu where other applicants around that area have their medicals. Have you checked on that?

CEM has a 97% visa approval, so don't worry on that and concentrate on your health.
. It's a relief to know that. Once MR arrives, we will be flying to Manila as some relatives live there. Which clinic seems to process medicals faster? I am praying that i will get positive results by the end of May so that i won't enroll my son in school anymore. Congrats on your visa by the way. I did some backreading and it's a joy to read success stories. :)

Thank you. I got a blog, try reading it if you want to know the process in detail.

I highly suggest St. Luke's Global in Taguig. The St. Luke's Extension Clinic (SLEC) is different, don't go there, they take time to process and you will spend a whole day there.

Hello! May i join? :) my family applied the family stream last week of may 2013. Intended occupations for me and my husband(principal applicant) are both nurses. Received loa on august 9,2013. Sponsor interview was last nov5,2013. Letter of approval received on dec6,2013. Sent cic application package last january2,2014 and was received on jan8,2014. Aor received last feb12,2014. When most probably will we be receiving a medical request? We are based in Palawan,Philippines and we need to travel by plane and fix our sched to accomodate the medical. I hope everything goes well and smoothly. This is our second attempt by the way. 1st application was last dec 2012 but due to lacking document, we were deemed ineligible dated 1st week of may. Are there instances where some got denied during the cic stage? I'm quite restless here already, awaiting for further updates from the cic. It might be a little late but i'm glad i found this forum. ;)

Hi,

Kindly post the other details in you application so I could include it in the Tracking Sheet for Batch 2013. Click the link to have an idea.

Ohhhh atleast it is moving. For me its move when I sent an email. Haysss hahaha.
Are you alone in this application?. I dont know about others that have family of 3 to 4 if they encounter such delays. I know single applicants is faster than a family /group applications.

I dont know yet.....

Tabs179 if you have idea and in some forums.

Hope to have update next week. I cant sent an email for inquiry because they have already updated my ecas as med rcvd.

I understand your situation. This happened to me exactly. The good thing is, you only had to wait one week because in satellite offices it takes 3 weeks.

I am however surprised that you still don't have any PPR. I guess it is really on a case by case basis. When they asked for my PPR, they also asked for a new NBI clearance for me because my birth certificate is different to my passport and other documents.

Don't worry, once you submit your NBI with no record, PPR will come next.

Yes, Munde, wait for a bit, you might infuriate them from sending too much emails and may cause further delays.

Hopefully, if things are okay with your medicals, and no further requirements needed, PPR should be soon.

Yah its case to case basis. Like us I am an OFW from Japan and my wife is OFW from kuwait and I did no go back to Japan to assist this application. From that I am thimking for the NBI and Police check from immigration in different country. It takes time plus one of my eldest daughter had done her heart operation since 2 years old baby and she is ok now and she is 14yrs old and have complete documentation. Of course the cem will take a look of that also.
Dba? I am cinfident to overcome this situation. We are skilled as engr and a nurse as well.

Xfingers.....hahaha

Yes, one of the reasons why it is taking time is your family medical history and your living abroad. Those who have never been abroad only requires to submit NBI, and therefore, have quicker processing time.

So fingers x, indeed.

God Bless the application of all.

God willing my LOA will come very soon. Praise God.
