yes i declared it in mpnp,i submitted my valuation report and other docs.actually its more than enough but we want to show that we are financially stable thats why we included the property.

MPNP has already assessed your finances, and if you make changes they might ask for further proof in the future. It isn't really a problem, but it will cause further delay. Instead of issuing you a visa, they will first ask for additional documents.

congrats, mine was recieved dec 30, still no AOR yet... fees already posted on the credit card bill... worried...

If your credit card bill has already been charged by CIC and you didn't pay online, that means the documents you sent with your application is complete. It takes 35 days (put into account -/+5 days). Next week, you should be receiving your AOR.

Don't worry about declaring your property in MPNP on top of your sufficient Proof of Funds (well, since you've already done this). They might only ask you to update them with your finances by requiring you to give them Bank Certificate with history, no need for property documents in the later stage because they are after your ready cash available for migration. In my experience, I was asked to provide only Bank Cert w/ history right before releasing LOA.

Hi sumiland, i applied under general stream last aug 2013. I was interviewed oct.2013. Got my LOA nov.2013. Application sent to CIC dec.2013 and just recently i received my AOR feb.7...waiting for my medical request...

I think that can be submitted online. try to inform your sponsor to use it for faster and easier processing.

New interactive Settlement Plan Part 2 easier to use

The MPNP has published a new and improved Settlement Plan Part 2. SPP2e is an interactive form; this means that it is a PDF you download to your computer, then use a free app such as Adobe Reader to type AND SAVE your answers in the fields provided. Only one page of the new form must be printed – this is the page that you must date and sign, and on which you place your identification (ID) before scanning the page.

The effect of the new SPP2e is that Manitoba Supporters of MPNP applicants will be sent one PDF file. Part 1 you fill in and save using a PDF app, and Part 2 you print, sign, insert ID then scan. When you e-mail your completed Settlement Plan Part 2 to the MPNP you will send two PDFs as attachments – Part 1 and Part 2.
