in schedule 4 - economic classes, do i have to declare same amount of money as i declared in my application with MPNP? or can i just declare less so that i can use some of it for my PR visa application and other expenses that may be needed during processing of my application?

You cannot declare less, because you are suppose to spend that proof of funds when you get to Canada and not before getting there.

So, you have to declare similar funds as you have declared in MPNP (or more).

i declared 24t plus CAD but the required funds is only 18t CAD for me and for my dependents.

They might ask for a new bank statement from you in the future because you changed the funds you declared.

hows you PPR?any news? until now no PPR request maybe its because of my husband hernia in our application..waiting keeps haunting me always..whenever i wake up i check my mails as well as my ECAS..it keeps on bothering me..

I already had my PPR last 30 January. But I had to submit another NBI clearance because my passport and birth cert have different ways of writing the name "Maria", my passport shows "Maria" and my birth cert states "Ma."

So, I got one on Monday this week, but the "Ma" doesn't have any (.), so I hope it won't cause any problems with CEM. I already submitted my PP with the new NBI clearance on the same day.

Let's see if CEM will accept it and finally issue a visa. Otherwise, they might ask for a certification from NBI to explain the lack of (.) on my "Ma."

I know what you mean about checking emails and ECAS, I started doing that after SLEC told me that they have submitted my medicals. Now, I am also checking both emails and ECAS to see if there has been DM or further requests from CEM. Has your ECAS changed to Medicals Received already? Mine changed to "In Process" on Monday as well.

Yes, we did our medicals last Dec 26 and SLEC-global send to CEM last January 8, my ECAS turned to Medical received last January 13, til now no updates from them..
the agony of waiting sucks..
but i know it is Gods provision..keep on waiting though..

You are probably right that the reason why you don't have any PPR yet is because they are reviewing your medicals, particularly the condition of your husband's. Let's hope that after their review, you will get your PPR without any further documents requested.

Mine comes worst than you. Medical took Nov26,2013 and sent via emedical Nov29 and some Dec14,2013 from Kuwait and PH accr. Hospitals. Til now my ecas dont change. Still apps rcvd dated Sept4.
I sent email last friday to cem asking confirmation if they rcvd my med results and rprf since November29 with photo copy of those done Requirent for visa. Hoping to rcvd feedback from them by next week. Ive check today,still negative....
