Hi

You don't need the notarized copy of LOA .
And I would suggest you to follow CIC checklist.
Any document not in English or French must be notarized. And remember‚ your PNP has already sent your LOA to concern CIC unit/visa office.
Regards

the instructions on the pink paper said that i should place the LOA on the top of the package. im a bit confused :o

This question really is not something to be confused about.

As I have always answered (probably for the 12th times), it does not matter.

First of all, I know people in the forum, who have submitted the original who already have their visas on hand. Alternatively, I also know people, who have submitted a copy and also already have their visas on hand. So, basically, both will be acceptable.

Secondly, I always say that the part of MPNP processing is over and you would need to follow the next step. Since your documents are going to CIC, then who should you follow the most?

I, myself sent only a copy and I already had my medicals done and just waiting for the last few steps. Besides, in my case, I wanted to keep a copy of my LOA (am so close in framing it LoL).

Hi Forum mates,

Please add my timeline:

Application Date : 14 January 2014
Confirmation of receipt : 14 January 2014 (still waiting for file number)

Should I send now the settlement plan 2 without the file number?
What is the email address of MPNP that I should send the SP2?

Hoping for your response.

Thank you

Hi fellow applicants..

I just want to share what i experienced reguarding sponsors interview and reciving loa.. so around late november last year mpnp tried to call and conduct interview to my sponsor but my sponsor wasnt able to answer the call.. they tried 3x or more but since my sponsor was so busy they had a hard time reaching him through fone.. a month passed after that till the holidays came they didnt try again, so i ask my sponsor to call the mpnp office instead of waiting for them to call but they didnt respond to his calls.. so what i did just last week.. i send them a email asking them about when will they conduct the interview to my sponsor.. i got a reply a few days ago saying that they already send a desision letter on the address i provided in my aplication last dec 9.. so i was freaking out that they made a desision without interviewing my sponsor so i thought im gona get a reject.. and to my suprise just a little while ago i check my mail box and i recived my letter of approval^^

Timeline update:
Sp2 awknoledgement of recipt - august 12 2013
Sponsors interview.. none..
Loa date - nov 30 2013
Loa recived - jan 15 2014

Congratulations for the LOA and best Wishes for Visa

You will received an email for your file no. Check your spam mails regularly and carefully.

Hi Clarence,

Thanks for the reply.
Upon their confirmation of receipt. They said I will be receiving the file number within 48 hours but until now I haven't received.

Wait for a week....Then send them an email if no MB File No is received within that period.

Hi Clarence,

Noted. What email address should I send the query? Is it same email address for the submission of SP2?

Thank you

Definitely - good luck!!!

By the way, don't forget to check your documents 10x before submitting them. I think I checked mine more than 10x LoL

Some people posts questions on how to contact the CIC or MPNP because they made a mistake. So, try to be as sure as possible.
