Hi,

I need an advice on this matter:

Would it be better if I will put our sponsor's address in Manitoba for Mailing address for MPNP rather than putting our address here in the Philippines?

Thanks. :)

Yes if your sponsor agrees, its actually better because it only takes a week or so for your sponsor to receive the LOA. That means, you won't be waiting for a month whether you have been approved or not. Then just ask your sponsor to send the LOA to you by courrier.

PPR LETTER .....sharing previous ideas

RE-write......as sample to be seen.

Here is the text of the letter:
REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PASSPORTS

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We are now in the final stages of processing and request that you send ORIGINAL valid passport for yourself to our office in Canadian Embassy, Manila. Please note, this does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.

Your passports MUST be received at our Embassy in Manila no later than 30 days from the date of this letter. You are strongly encouraged to send your passport via courier to avoid wait times at the Embassy.

EXPECTED VISA EXPIRY DATE: 13 February 2014

If a visa is issued, it will be given the MAXIMUM VALIDITY of 13 February 2014 OR the expiry date of your passport whichever date comes first. You must arrive in Canada on or before this date, it cannot be extended or renewed.

SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT VIA COURRIER:

Please send your passport via commercial courier to:

Visa Section
Canadian Embassy

It's a good idea to attach the SP2 of your sponsor (and check out their answers, too).

During my application, I attached my SP2 on my online application, together with my sponsor's other documents, i.e. health card, payslip, PR card (original scanned copies). I got my LOA within six months.
