hi guys,

i need your help. it's been almost two months since our sponsor's interview and until now we still have not received a letter coming from manitoba. we emailed manitoba office this week to inquire about the result of our application. they immediately replied saying that the decision has been made last nov.6,2013 and they've already sent a letter. i really have no idea how long it takes for a regular mail to arrive here in the philippines from canada. but i think for a regular mail it's been taking so long already. we're afraid that it might have gotten lost. does anyone know how long it takes for a mail to arrive here in the philippines? thanks in advance guys.. god bless us all...

My ECAS has just updated when I checked it today December 21 to Decision made. Then the wwwexpress arrived with my passport but the delivery man forgot to bring official receipt of what I will pay. So he said he will just comeback on Monday morning.

Question:

Do you think it's approve already?

It usually takes 6-8 weeks. If you haven't received anything by 6 January 2014, I suggest you email them stating that you haven't received any letter of decision.

Also, I recommend you that if you ask them to re-send a new copy, give them your sponsor's address. It will be faster for your sponsor to receive the LOA and ask your sponsor to send them to you by courier. And ask them to scan the LOA first before sending them to you.

thanks my kids do have cough so will have them check tomorow..
i have a question, i was confined last january due to alergy (hypersensitivity) and my first born was also confined wen he was 2yrs old due to pneumonia now he is 4..my question is do i really need to declare it to them or i'll jst keep it?
.if ever i have to tell it to them do i need the hospital clearance? do i u think it will affect my application?

It is normal for us to be confined to the hospital for a certain days for us to cure. But in Medical you will declare illness that are surgery, confinement that can cause transmitted to others. TV, HIV, Syphilis.
The Doctor in St lukes ask me about that. So i have answered its natural for us confinement specially children. cough, allergies and soon. So therefore, your answer is NO. if you and your children has as per mentioned above. kindly get clearance in advance with in 3month ahead before your medical comes out.

Be patient on waiting, November has lots of holidays in Canada and here it comes the Christmas season here....my experience is 3 weeks. You can monitor it thru postal office near you. you will have days to wait in DEC 23,24,27,28,29....31.

Okay ur welcome. Its too much expensive in st lukes if they added that. Plus how many days to be consumed. Good luck to your medical process. Stay healthy...

hi mine was already delivered and its dated nov. 21, 2013 and recieved it dec 16. Maybe the postman just put it anywhere. Cause mine was only inserted at our gate fortunately it was seen by my brother. Im also from the Philippines.
