You have two options in regards to your AOR:

(1) As you have a consultant, it should be their duty to email mpnp regarding their error. The email should be cc to you, so that you have evidence that your consultant have tried to rectify the matter.

OR

(2) On the other hand, you could also email mpnp, cc to your consultant regarding the error.

In regards to your SP2, have you checked the whether the email of your sponsor that your consultant has provided is correct? If not, then you can also state this to mpnp. If it is the correct email address then you should also mention this to mpnp that your sponsor has not received any email regarding SP2.

Honestly speaking, these consultants are suppose to be reliable and yet in the end you are paying for something that you will have to do yourself. :o :o :o

Wait for others to give their input regarding your situation. They might have a better solution.

thanks everyone for the best wishes! my prayer is we will all receive what we hope for. thanks for the comforting words and wisdom of those I've interacted here. yes, it's far from over and I will be very busy gathering all my documents. there's also another waiting period after I submit it to CIC, but it's great that I found a support group in this forum.

I received the scanned copy of my LOA and the first letter was dated Sept 30, 2013. The amended letter was dated dec 3, 2013.

God bless everyone! :)

Yes, they cost money yet they don't do much. So much better to ask people around from this forum as they had actual experiences with MPNP or CIC.

Hello Everyone,

I am a frequent visitor to this discussion forum and just registered to actively participate in your discussions. I want to use this opportunity to commend all of you for sharing so much information among yourselves which is so helpful to your members and none members alike.

Like Forever Victory: My interest in Canada dates back to 2006, However with the enactment of the Jobs, Growth and long term prosperity act - Backlog Elimination, I decided to apply to MPNP in August.

To Forever Victory, I want to find out some information regarding your previous applications (FSW) before MPNP. Did Forever victory receive a letter from CIC that his Application has been eliminated? Has he received his applications fees back? Has his online Status with the previous application seize to display online and if it does, what is the Status?

I am looking for answers to certain questions which still baffles me in my previous application. My application still exist Online without any comment on the Status. I have tried to contact Canadian High commission in charge of my area and they ask me to request for a refund for application fees, which I did and no reply from them since january 2013.

Is it all the applications before 2008 that were eliminated? If some applications before 2008 are still left, like the ones that Decision was made in 2012. what will happens to those applications?

I am sorry for asking too many questions, its just some concerns that keeps bothering my mind. I will be very grateful if you can share some light on this issues if you have some information on them. Thank You and God Bless you all.

You don't have to pay it with the application fees but you can. I paid altogether when I submitted my documents to CIC.

The embassy will let you you know when to pay the RPRF, but they usually are together with your MR with CEM.

Thanks..I am planning to pay by bank draft!

I was thinking of paying into 2 bank drafts with different values, one of $550 and the other one $490. Do i address both of them to the receiver general of canada??Is there a form number to be downloaded for paying RPRF fees??
