In fee payment form, in section A, i have to mention the payer name and payer address(if different from the principal applicant)
i am making bank draft from money changer (western union)

what should i write over there???

Require some useful advice from the experience members

Hello,

I have met someone of Canadian National who resides in Toronto and the way things are going, We might go ahead to register for a civil marriage early next year as she will be sponsoring me through the spouse visa.

Now the real question is: My MPNP process is already en route and my sponsor in that province was already interviewed back in October 2013 period. What is the best solution for me? Can I still carry on with the MPNP procedures and notify them when I decide to register my civil partnership with my partner back in the Ontario Province.

Which route is the faster between the two..?the MPNP or the Spouse Visa/Marriage visa one?

Also, How is the immigration officer going to assess my case and how long can the whole process can take?

Looking forward to get some previous information off this forum.

Im still waiting for a response from mpnp.. sp2 was sent via email last oct 1.. But until now no AOR...

i think 31-Nov-2013 is wrong date because November month has only 30 days

Just Need some clarification on this... all the while i thought that they Need a 6-months bank Statement only. Though a bank cert is not that an issue to produce but is it also required?

Yes, both were needed at least in my case. I was even asked to update proof of funds prior to the issuance of LOA by sending them bank cert AND history.
