Please bear in mind that new requirements for bank statements is a minimum of 6 months, not 3 months.

Thanks for the advise tabs179. I'll just request for another bank statement.

:o Really? Oh no. my aunt told me, it's only 3 months. Any suggestions on what I'm going to do since that I have already submitted my application?
If they request another doc related to bank statements, would it cause delay?
Or would it still matter, even if the accumulated amount of other documents have exceeded 10K.

Just wait for the request of MPNP to update your bank certificate. Most of the applicants who have submitted 3 month old bank certificates usually gets a request to update it.

That's right, don't worry. This is because of the new changes in regulation from three months (paper application) to 6 months (online application).

Thanks tabs. It gets me a little bit worried.
But if they ask for the document, will it cause another delay?

Not really, because they will ask for it via email. You will also just send them a scanned copy online.

There might be delays, but probably just a week or two. My uncle was interviewed a few weeks after they received my latest bank statement. I sent a one year bank statement and yet they still asked for the current one. So, it's really a case by case basis.

Hello!
Wishing everyone's application is moving fast!

Anyway, hope someone can help me with my dilemma..

We are filipinos that live in italy.. Which visa office do you think is better/faster? Philippines or here in italy?

According to the link below, Philippines is way faster(Phils-11months : Italy-20months).. But i just want to know based on our fellow Filipinos experience..

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp

And, is there a big possibility processing can be faster than the timeline stated in that site? Considering its stated there that it's based on 80% complete application..

Thanks so much in advance!

Check the timeline on this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArY_aHkJjmL_dFdOLXhST2VOYkwtNUgxczR2eFRVd0E#gid=0

Note that some aren't applying from Philippines, but this might give you some idea regarding the average timeline. There is also this MPNP 2012 batch, you might get more information there because most of their group have landed in Canada already. They also have their own spreadsheet of their timelines.

In our application, we stated:
Assets: $XXX
Debts: $ 0.00
Net worth: $XXX (Assets - Debts)

Assets
> Savings Deposit - amount in our savings deposit account. This can be withdrawn anytime
> Investments
>>Stock Market Investments - amount that we have invested in the stock market (can be withdrawn anytime)
>>Employee's Cooperative Shares of Stocks - shares of stocks in our employee's cooperative (can be withdrawn upon separation from office)
> Separation Pay- certification from current employer of the minimum amount to be received upon separation from office [I was told by my aunt that we can consider this also as proof of funds.]

The documents that we have submitted are:
1. Last three months bank transaction of our savings deposit accounts (online generated because the statement that we have obtained from the bank was already obsolete)
2. Cash Invoice of the stocks that we have bought from COL Financial
3. Certificate of Stocks from our Employee's Cooperative (hubby and I work in the same company)
4. Certification from current employer of the minimum amount to be received upon separation from office. (Please take note also that this is quite risky, like for us, chances for promotions and training have gone slim)

I hope this helps. as for any problems that we have encountered bec of the documents that we have submitted, for now, nothing yet.

Hi to everybody,

How about the land assets with market value certified by the assessor's office?Do you think the land assets with no title yet can be included? But I can provide the certification from the realty that i paid it in full already.
Hope somebody could shed light. Thanks.God bless.
