The SP1 is your settlement plan on how to successfully immigrate in Manitoba, the SP2 is your sponsor's settlement plan to help you successfully immigrate in Manitoba.

@ tabs and posters,

Thanks for posting. Please shed light on this: how to fill the personal history "from and to" section, how can I write the word "present" on the space? My kids are still studying so I could not "present".Can I write with fresh ink and print it?We can only fill it up with figures.I hope you can share your experience.

Thanks so much.

Is this for the online application?

hi everyone.. i am new here but i have been following this thread for quite a while now... me and my wife also applied on may 2013 under mpnp... but until now our sponsor has not been interviewed... we applied online but our sponsor didn't submit the sp2 online instead he handed it directly to the manitoba office.. is the delay due to the fact that the sp2 was handed to the manitoba office and not online? because i've noticed based on the timeline, those applicants who submitted sp2 online and got confirmation of their sp2's had their sponsors interviewed already.. please do share your thoughts about this matter... i am starting to regret why i didn't persuade our sponsor to submit the sp2 online..

Online submissions usually are faster. There is no need for the Immigration Officer to scan the documents themselves and electronically file them.

But, applications are on individual basis, so perhaps you will hear from them very soon.

This should be seen as good news isn't it? After all, Manitoba is desperate to have more immigrants, that means that they will be providing more LOA to increase immigrants. As they mentioned they are in need of more immigrants to replace the retiring immigrants, to be able to pay for their pensions. :o
I dont know how this can be a good news for all of us.. Yes, manitoba needs more immigrants.. But, the dip in number of immigrants is caused by the cap according to manitoba's immigration minister..

did u get an interview call along with your sponsor?

Yes. I was interviewed first then my sponsor. =)

Hi guys
I sent an email to MPNP lately asking him about the cap issue of Manitoba
and the good news came a minute ago like this

" Hi,

MPNP has no cap. You may apply any time if you meet the criteria of the program.

Sincerely, ""

I think the answer is clear and precise .. ;D

Hi Noypi,

Kindly post your MPNP Timeline so we could add it to the Tracking Sheet for Batch 2013.

Thanks

Dear vmaac,

Congratulations on your AOR. I don't understand on "forms completion" you mentioned above. Kindly clarify.

Regards!

Hello ginacom,

Thank You.

I mean that the email from the CIO Nova Scotis states that the forms I submitted are complete. The emphasis was mine... ;)

Nothing you should bother yourself about really.

Hello,

I just would like to clarify...

My aunt submitted her SP2 last October 22 (or 21) 2013. I have read in the SP2 instructions that SP2 must be scanned and emailed in the form of PDF or jpg and files must <= 2MB each.

The SP2 was scanned and in PDF/jpg format alright. But the scenario is, she zipped it along with other documents - her Birth and Marriage Certificates, PR number and health card copy and attached as a single zip file.

What I want to know is, will MPNP consider it?

Thanks
