My husband have worked in South Korea. And I have worked in Hongkong...

Hi,

Even if you are no longer in Hongkong, you need to provide Police Certificate from every country where you stayed for 6 months or more. I myself got a Police Certificate from the UK when I am already in the Phil. CIC website provides informations on how we do it. Check this out...

Cheers!

Hi anabia,

Can I ask for your LOA Date?
What are the requested documents? Date of submission?

Thanks

Hi Seniors

I have got one agent who caims that he can arrange for employment letter, so based on your experience is it really possible to have one for MPNP of Employer direct system.

I've never been to Canada and I've 4 years of work experience in Client services department of Phrmaceutial company.

-Average timlines for Indian applicants? {pls brief me about the milestones of the process}
-Success ratio compare to other streams for PNP?
-Does my employer need to submit any documents on my behalf? OR he should apear for an interview?

Bunch of thanks to all

Hi SJMNZ,

Police Clearance is not included in the MPNP Online Application.

Thanks

I think if you're from the Philippines you need NBI Clearance for the online application and not the Police Clearance but in other countries its equivalent is Police Clearance.Since I am currently working in another country,I got the Police Clearance and an NBI Clearance from the Philippines. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Try Certificate of No Criminal Conviction. Also choose Notes To Applicant (Oversea)..

Police Certificate is what CIC call it. NBI Clearance is its equivalent in the Philippines. This is only required in CIO application, not in MPNP.

Hi 02clar3nc325,

Is it okay if I add mine? I already have my LOA from Manitoba but I just started process with CIC.

hi thank you for the reply... actually i read it nga na divorce/ seperation can cause delay/ denied process if unprocess un papers. then whats the best approach of application:(

Christine,

don't forget that gsb213's friend actually has so many girlfriends, too. They probably don't see how serious he is about his family life and perhaps didn't see him as a responsible parent. (that is only just my opinion)

by the way, I can't respond to your PM as your inbox is full. :o
