As per my husband's cousin who is our sponsor, his co-worker's cousin got LOA without an interview.

Any reaction/thoughts on this Seniors??

Yes, some are lucky about this. Issuing of LOA without sponsor's interview depends majorly on the decision of the immigration officer handling the application. He/She will have to consider the background of the sponsor as well as the qualification of the applicant. An applicant from 2012 batch had her LOA without sponsor's interview.

Hello mlu0622,

I am not in my home country,do I need to get NBI or from jobsite country? Are you from the Philippines?

Hello!

Yes, I'm from Philippines and currently working here in UAE.

I just recently got an NBI clearance from Philippines.

If you are not from Philippines, you can check if from Google on how to avail a clearance when abroad.

If you are from Philippines, below are the steps to follow:

1. Go to the Philippine embassy / consulate and get a copy of NBI form.

2. Fill out the form and ask the embassy / consulate on where you can go for your finger print. Here in Dubai, I went to Ministry of Interior. I went there and I told them for my visa application and paid the charges then proceed with the finger print.

3. Go back to the embassy / consulate and submit the accomplished form and pay the charges. They will ask you to come back after 3 days.

4. After 3 days collect the NBI form. The form should have a dry seal of NBI.

5. Send the form to your family in Philippines with your authorization letter and send also a copy of your passport as an ID.

6. Bring the copy of NBI form and authorization letter in NBI. They will advise on when the clearance can be collected.

Btw, you need to get a Police Clearance from the country you are currently working.

If you work on other countries and stayed there for more than 6 months, you need to secure Police Clearance also.

I hope these can help you and the others :)

Our sponsor said he just thinks he won't get called for an interview but he is ready. Because I am beginning to think that MPNP forgot my application already as I wait for ages. :)

Positively waiting for God's perfect time!

Guys, i got ineligible letter today, sad and dont know that to do. Stating that i did not submit my fathers birthcertificate to prove the relationship in my aunt. Is there a hope? Can i resubmit it. I know that i upload it...

@ Redokary, how far have you gone with your application? When you applied online did you print out the document summary page? This should have the list of all document you submitted online. If you have to go for review, you need to do that within 60days. All the best.

Hi,

Do I need to upload our secondary diploma or certificate if I have my Bachelors degree?

Hope anyone could answer.Thanks

Yes, I agree with simplyblessed. Let me share to you my experience when I was still applying online. At first, I thought it was secondary diploma OR transcript of records (Form 137 / Permanent Records) But I found out that at the end of my application that its still incomplete. Then, I was led to a site in my search and it was clearly stated that both should be uploaded -- diploma AND transcript of records

@mlu0622,

Thank you very much for the info.So it means I have to submit NBI from the Phillippines and the one from my job site, I think in the country where I am currently working it's just Police clearance.

Thanks so much.God bless.
