Dear all,

Yes, agreed with KindredHeart. Its important to stay healthy and be optimistic before the medical test. Especially drink more water a couple of hours before go for the test.

If you browse some of the forum "medical test", there are plenty of advice on staying healthy for the test. Most important, rest well, drink more water..... exercise to keep your body healthy is important too.

And please stated if you have past history of operation ( any kind of operation) or any family history, it is ok to let the doctor whom attend to you know.

I submitted my application last oct 9, 2013, sp2 on oct 18,2014, all docs complete, assessment pending on july12, 2014, assessment in process on October 8, 2014, sponsor interview on october 10,2014, and now october 19,2014, my status is assessment complete. Thanks guys

Congratulations on the movement of your application. May i know your VO & if you submitted your application to MPNP online or through courier?

Since your assessment is already complete & now waiting for your LOA (from the timeline in our forum, it may come out in Dec or early next year), it's best you check out the checklist of requirements & immigration forms posted by CIC in their website, so that you get to fill them out & prepare your documents ahead. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/cec.asp That way, you won't get anxious to be on the waiting end (as we all normally do), & be prepared instead.

@ Ivanlee: To update your timeline in your profile, You have to go to your profile and select Forum Profile Information under Modify Profile. Note that this feature will only show after you have been actively posting in the forum (at least 10 posts - I think... if I remember it correctly). ;D

Did you submit your application through online or through a courier?

We understand the feeling of anxiety on the endless waiting... We've been there, too, & we can empathize. For some, it took 6 months & others like mine, took 8 months before we heard from MPNP.

It's like the waiting period of pregnancy.. While waiting for the baby to come out, we keep ourselves healthy & get ready for the busy days ahead when the baby will come out.

Praying unceasingly & investing in ourselves by learning a language or learning a new skill which will be useful in our migration is a good idea to start with for the rest of us still waiting...

I'll keep you in our prayers, and also for all our forum mates here.
