Sorry for asking again. I am just confused I hope someone shares the same situation. i paid online for the PF I used my mother's credit card. On the receipt the name was auto filled on the payer's information under my mom's name. i know I should fill it out with my name but since the card holder's name is auto filled should I print my name on the same field where my mom's name was printed? Thank you. This is on the receipt where the bar code is placed.

Also I believe that if you paid online you need not fill and submit the payment fee form is this corect? The printed receipt will serve as you proof of payment already.

I just noticed that my status is again changed from Assessment Pending to Assessment in Process.

I don’t know what is happening; I was expecting to change it as Assessment Completed.
This is how my file is progressing.
