Oct 11, 2013 - Received Acknowledgement for Application
Oct 16, 2013 - Sponsor (Aunt) Submitted SP2 Online
Oct 17, 2013 - Received Acknowledgement for SP2 Receipt
July 1, 2014 - Sponsor (Aunt) Interview
July 8, 2014 - Received Letter of Approval

Question: I have a multiple-entry TRV (temporary resident visa a.k.a. tourist visa) valid for 2 years. Is applying Inland (meaning inside Canada) for PR application an option/possibility? I think processing inland is faster. I can go there, lodge my application once landed, then stay inside while taking a vacation for 6 months while waiting for PR.

Anyone done this before? Seniors and other forum mates, need your opinion on this.

My Name is XYZ, I have read whole Mpnp Immigration website ( http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/ ) and now i have some confusion related to My Eligibility so i contact you. please do need full.

I have strong connection in Winnipeg with my distance relative but My Relative has been supporting one of his friend's application since July-2013. His friend has just got approval letter before a month.

Now My relative and his wife is not supporting any one except his one friend.


My question is that, My supporter can support me now? or how much time he has to wait for supporting me?

Dear Applicant:

For distant relative/friends, a Manitoba Supporter can only support 1 friend at a time and that would be 18 Months from date of submission of the last applicant they are currently supporting. Which means you still have to wait for a couple of months before you can submit your application.

You have to place 2 address labels of ur mailing add. One in english and other in ur native language.

Hello friends I hv a question... If a person is sponsoring to his friend, can his spouse sponsor his relatives?????

I believe "Yes", only if he/she is a "close relative" of the person he/she is sponsoring.

Sponsoring 2 friends or 2 distant relative at the same time is not allowed... but sponsoring 2 close relatives is allowed... so, I believe sponsoring 1 friend and 1 close relative at the same time would be acceptable.

I quote what is written in manitoba website:

"A close relative may support the application of more than one skilled worker at a time − provided the supporter satisfactorily demonstrates the ability to do so."

However, if you wish to play safe, the supporter or your supporter could send an email to MPNP and ask the possibility of providing support to another close relative applicant.

@ Rocky007, what ม said is true except for few ones like igbehinadara, Gkarl,Clarence who attends to your needs promptly and host of others I cannot mention. Although ม can't expect someone like me has not gone too far in the application stage to able to proffer a lasting solution to your problem but people have to contribute positively so that we will know ม are an active member of this forum not posting only when ม have problems.
There are questions I asked in this forum that people ignored but only for the few ones. I joined this forum not up to a month but I've contributd one way or the other. Either by congratulating people or contributing little I know on issues. Let's be our brother's keeper.

It seems quite late .... normally sponsor receives the interview call with in 8 to 9 months on an average. I suggest that either you or your sponsor should send an email to mpnp. Did u submit the application online??

Please is it all cases that sponsors have to be interviewed? Mine have not been and it's been a year I submitted though to the Mpnp office. Except for few interractions with them like receiving AOR, asking for missing documents (submission and acknowledgement). Nothing else since january which has been my last contact with them. What is the status of ur case at present? According to the sheet....almost all of thr sponsors have been interviewed except for few which were FS stream.

I submitted by hand that is directly to the nominee office through my sponsor. He's been checking at the nominee office what they always say is that it is still under assessment. He said he will check again yesterday but haven't spoken to him.

I forgot to add am in family support stream. I was asked for my particulars but my sponsor does not remember the date of submission of sp2 and he doesn't have the mail acknowledging the reciept again! When I was asking him it seemed to him I was borthering him! He said since he did not lie that he did not borther to keep those information. The only choice for me is just to wait. I pray for good result anyway.

i have a little query that till date my nova scotia pnp(regional labour market demand stream) application is pending.
so,can i apply manitoba pnp under general stream(friend support)?eventhough my nova scotia application is pending?
