Friends what do you suggest... should I send an email to mpnl inquiring about the status of my decision letter or shud i just wait for a week or so more...
Applicant and sponsor interview was done on 29th May 2014..... since then no update.. account shows decision made.

Back to your statement, case might not be that straight forward, As a virtual forum mate, I would ask you to double check with MPNP rules and regulations. As you are in BC, when you will submit your brother's SP2 statement there is a requirement to submit health card and PR details. So your PR is BC, so I am thinking Manitoba PR is necessary to submit as a SP2. Also in order to get a PR you may have to stay longer than 1 year. Just double check. Thank you.

[I do not think PR is issued by province, it is a Canadian document. However, the province might need to see that you are fully settled in the province. Like was suggested, I think you should go to the website and read up.]

If I were you, I would wait 1 more weeks to let it go. As you said assessment is complete so decision is most likely positive and just a matter of time.
