Seniors.... u guys hav any idea.. after assessment pending, how long it take to change to assessment in progress... I mean any rough idea... I have assessment pending from last 1 May... thanks and God bless u all

im so sorry Munde- here is my case and any suggestion will be of big help to me. i was sponsored by a distant relative through manitoba provincial nominee and i already got my LOA.what really bothers me is that we did not declare that i have 2 sisters in toronto,1 will soon be a citizen and the other 1 is under working visa. the forms of cic under additional family info is what worries me bcoz i have to list all the names of my sisters and brothers. cic might trace that i have sisters in toronta and i might get denied.thank u so much

Is good to know that you have tour LOA.

Is never good hide information, in assessment. My suggestion for all here in forum is never do this.

About your case, angel05, I suppose that once you receive the LOA, CIC does not matter any more about this "phase", because this is a MPNP responsibility. CIC will check other information like your criminal records, medical condition and others.

But is better to receive other opinions from other forum mates also.


Again, is never good to hide or lie in the assessment... Think this: - You are trying to enter into a new live, in a new country, that have different culture... And enter in something so important thing with lies, is not good at all, no make sense.

Stay positive be consistent what you have made in MPNP. As per your message you got an LOA thats great.

secondly you are absolutely right about angel05 woes, no need to become mahatma gandhi of truth now,
stay consistent with what you have written in mpnp application.

angel05 stay fearless with what u have written, if u mention your sis now, ur case will most definately be rejected, as you decieved mpnp.
the suggestion you are asking for now is ill timed, u should have asked for this before mpnp application. now stay strong nd fearless just like munde said. nd stand by what you have written, this is your only viable option now, u cant turn back.

i have applied MPNP general stream(friends) in july 2013 from india and me and my supporter get interviewed on 28 march 2014 . after one month i got REFUSAL from MPNP . reason is that u and ur supporter(uncle) have not strong ties . but the supporter(uncle) is my dad's best friend since from 15-16 years. we wanna do APPEAL . please suggest me that what i have to do . how i can satisfied to MPNP officers that we have strong relationship between my supporter(uncle) and me. my uncle attended many functions in my family . and visited so many time at my home. we have regular call records between supporter (uncle) and my father and have many pictures with my father and me .. pls pls suggest me as soon as possible , cause i have less time for APPEAL . 1. Education History - what language of instruction to choose? Filipino or English? I am a bit confused on this part.

2. As per our sponsor, resident citizen year mentioned on her ID is 2001, but they officially sworn/confirmed on May 2002 which is not mentioned on her ID. Please advise me if what am I going to put on my application?

The don't ask, they try to contact you and/or supporter by your assessment contact info.
The questions are based on your Profile, confirming the information that you provide, and try to obtain as much that they want to aprove you.

I don't believe in some people that provide this, and in other hand you need to prove a Strong connection with the person in Manitoba. To find one, and than start application is more difficult.

Maybe your brother can introduce you someone, but still have to prove a Strong connection, besides your brother living out of Manitoba you difficult more.

Maybe some Senior member can help more than me.

Him junju, I suggest you first get hold of your friend's settlement plan 1. This is the one he answered so you are both aligned. All the other questions are basic assistance you can give to him as he arrives there.
