Based on what i heard before.. if u submit ur sp2 personally to mpnp office u wont recive any confirmation or what so ever.. u only recive a confirmation if u send it through online.. and the applicat wont be reciving the confirmation only the sponsor who sent the sp2 will get it..

Hello guys,

I need some help. I've been reading this forum as well as the Manitoba site. In the Settlement Plan, it is required to upload "proof of ownership of real estate including a current market price evaluation". How can I get a the current market price evaluation of a property and where should I get it?

I hope somebody can shed light on this query. TIA.

You have to engage a licensed valuer in order to assess the current market price of your property.
Visit your Assesors office to inquire on how to get a market value of your property.

I have submitted my Mail application to MPNP on 25 June,2013.

I got my AOR/file number on 20 August 2013.

But till now i did not receive any response from MPNP neither my sponsor received the same.

Please guide ..

yes we can apply for close relitives as much as we can on a same time but for friend or distant relitive we apply one at a time .

I am a bit startled as why CIO NS did not mention anything in the email that they will be forwarding my application to Nairobi office post issuance of file number on the 22nd March 2014.

Any view(s) on that? still no med request so far...

If application status in mpnp ONLINE shows assessment pending. That means no documents are pending and they are yet to assess the application. Really very frustrating 10 months had gone no call from MPNP
