I have done my medical 10 days back, still it did not updated in CIC status check !!

Do I need to send medical receipts to CIC ?

Kindly advice me on this...

No. I don't think you need to send the medical receipts. Just give CIC time to review your medicals and wait for your status to change to "Medical Received".

you only have a week and bye philippines for you..
try canvassing on Agencies coz my sister told my that its cheaper than the online booking just ask their offer for new immigrants..i tried 5 agencies here in makati and 2 in las pinas, yes its a lil bit cheaper but the problem is the dollar conversion , DOLLAR IS SO HIGH..
