Yes, indeed. You have to get a police clearance certificate while you were studying in Spain 2 years as because you were resident in Spain for 2 years. Basically if you residence in any country more than 6 months and you have to submit a police clearance certificate. It doesn't matter how many times you were travelling back home or other countries. I hope it is clear.

HELLO SENIORS,
need help, i got LOA, now i need to prepare the application for cic. my question is other than IMM008 which other forms i need to fill, and which documents i need provide other than Police certificate. Do i need to provide my educational documents and experience letter again to them. i writing about my self little bit so you can give me exact information,

Country: Pakistan
Martial status: Single
Currently residing in Australia almost till the end of this year. Going back to Pakistan most probably in october forever.
Education: MASTERS in IT
experience 18 months in IT
what stream i have to mention in form its general or family stream.

Other thing i read the document Checklist. in which i could'nt understand few things like
1. Schedule 4 Economic Classess-Provisional Nominees
2.Identity and Civil status
3.Additional family information (is this about the brother or sister etc or about the wife and kids)

I have applied on 10th of March 2014 and received file number and sp2 on the very next day. And My supporter send the SP2 through post on 14th of March 2014. But I did not received any confirmation from Manitoba office. Should i email them to ask water they received the file or not Or what shall I do?

Any suggestion please?

hello guys. it's been 35 days and still no MR. my sis in law hasn't received hers as well and it's been 44 days on her part. the process seems to be moving slow. :-X
