Did you mean after the current applicant he is supporting landed in Manitoba?
I taught i can submit my application after the current applicant received LOA,am trying to look for information in MPNP to buttress your claim.

No, representative classified as a paid Lawyer or Consultant. Just use the form and ignore representative section. Anyone can pay application fees and here nothing to do with representative....

Hello! Been inactive for the last few weeks. Busy taking care of my sick kids...

Clarence, thank you for diligently updating our timeline. Please update mine as we received our AOR yesterday, March 17, exactly 28 days after they receive it thru courier. Praise God!

Also, our stream is FS, visa office is Manila, mode of payment is credit card. Thanks so much!

Do u send the card to them with ur details for them to debit ur account.

more info for u guys.......my uncle is sponsoring me (nomination received on 9 dec 13 - application filed with CIC on 30 dec 13) and my aunt is sponsoring her brother (nomination received on july 13 - application filed with CIC on 1 dec 13).......we are only spaced about a month apart in our processing times right now.....close relatives can sponsor more than one applicants at a time, but distant relative or friend cannot......
