Oh yes, I was able to check the other stream of MPNP. Well, the program says that "The key to qualifying for the MPNP is your Connection to Manitoba". As you apply, there are 2 Settlement Plans to be submitted..one for you and one for your sponsor. So say you have passed the score needed you will still have to have someone complete the Settlement plan for you.

You may want to reconnect with your friends or relatives whom you haven't heard of for ages. Social networking is always available. Who knows they are now in Manitoba and would be willing to sponsor you. You may check with the link below.

Just follow the checklist and you will be fine. No need to include documents that are not requested.

NBI is what we call the Police Certificate in the Philippines which stands for National Bureau of Investigation.

You do not have to send your bank statement, it is not required by CIC.

Also, please kindly type in full English as much as possible, not everyone can decipher this message and I, myself have to read it 3x before I was able to answer your query.

If date is not yet available the cell provides an incomplete data to compute for the no of days.

Just going to email CEM and inquire why it's only valid for 3 months. Although, I am eager to go in April, I just don't want to have any additional problems in the future.
