hi tabs179, thanx for the reply. u guys r always helpful. may god bless u all. il go get my nBi on monday. i hope my name is not on d hit list.

You are welcome. Try to do the online application. You fill in the form, then you print it out. You will get a barcode and that means you get registered to NBI online. Bring that with you, and you will be able to avoid the encoding part of NBI, and also you will finish earlier. I did mine at Taft and I was done in less than 2 hours, which is fairly good for a government agency.

You can get the online registration at the official NBI website.

Good luck.

Let's wait for the seniors in the forum to answer your query. My application is still with MPNP and have no hands on knowledge at CIO level.

Ok. Thanks!

That's the idea of the blog, to let people know the process in getting documents etc. I believe that the online application is also acceptable in satellite offices. The only problem with that is sometimes, the online system of satellite offices are down. You know how things work in the PH government.

Anyway, the 3 weeks waiting period is for satellite offices.

This is about the section 8? Can you be more specific in what you would like to exactly know?

Dear 02clar3nc325

The LOA date is February 3,2014 and my supporter got it in Brandon (Manitoba).
I still have to look at it physically though.

Regards

Yes. Section 8. If you are currently working, what date did u write under "TO" column? We left it blank because the officer might thought that me and my spouse already left the job if we write 2014 02. And there is no option to write "upto present" since only numbers are accepted. Same goes to our current address. Now, im worried they might see it as incomplete and return our package. Hope they'll interpret it as still working or residing in the same place.

Unmerited favor, I filled in application in the same manner as you did and left field "To" for present activities blank. I've got AOR today. Other applicants I know, wrote "to present" by hand after printing out the forms, but this is not critical at all. So, leaving blank is Ok.

I left all of the current status blank as well, and in my case, it hasn't caused any problems so far.
