BTW, guys i have a question. Do i still need to complete economic class 4 and 4a in the application package for CIO? Thanks!

Yes, any changes in your circumstance should be informed to MPNP. Show them a copy of the passport and the proof of change of name.

thanx for your reply... i waiting for sponsor interview... sponsor is my family friend... we share a very good family relationship... everything like education, my work experience everything is genuine... and clear intentions to settle down in manitoba... don't have relative any relative other Canadian province..
now tell me what are my chances?... really at times it becomes too difficult to wait wait and wait..

I really cannot say what are your chances. Most of these applications are on case to case basis. I understand your impatience of waiting. I have waited for an LOA since 2010. And after LOA you will have to go through CIC. And that's another 6 months or even more of waiting. However, your sponsor seems quite credible, therefore, you shouldn't worry about it much.

Immigration takes time, they never happen overnight. If you can look at threads of some people here, some have been waiting for their LOA for more than a year now. Just keep yourself busy and do some improvements for yourself in order to get a successful job in Canada. For instance, improve on your language skills, research on the labour market regarding your intended occupation, or gather information about Canada itself.

I am even "thinking" of improving my French language skills, which will probably never happen as I am really hopeless when it comes to French language . We are also getting antsy here, but we are trying to be as patient as we can.

no, they are not going to send u any notification via emai, only confirmation email to your sponcer only ....

With my understanding, its because of MPNP's regular mail.
It tooks up to 20-25 days to any international destination.
